GLL is pleased to have Laura McKenzie as the Chairman of our Awards Committee.
For more than two decades, Laura McKenzie has been one of the world's most trusted travel experts. Her multi-award winning Laura McKenzie Traveler™ television series is broadcast in high-definition T.V. in 175 markets throughout the world. Laura takes her viewers on visually stunning travel experiences throughout Europe, Asia, Australia and other exotic locations.
The Laura McKenzie Travel Report is aired daily on the NBC Radio Network in over 150 cities across America. The "Video of the Decade" award was presented to Laura by Billboard magazine for her best-selling video on Hawaii.
Laura's television appearances include "The Oprah Winfrey Show," "Entertainment Tonight" and "Extra." Laura's previous series, American Adventurer, has been broadcast throughout the world for nearly two decades. In addition, Laura has authored innovative and informative travel guides that compliment her travel series.
At the completion of her HDTV travel series, Laura will have taken her viewers to 187 destinations. Sixty three of her video travelogues are now available exclusively to GLL members.
In her role as GLL Awards Chairman, Laura directs GLL's Research and Standards Division which provides our members with the most up-to-date and comprehensive information available on destinations worldwide.
